Lay one Frame on your work surface with the sticky side of the mesh face up with the center of the Frame creating a "tray" for your project.  Lay your background paper in the center on the mesh. Design your layout-Don't let a good layout get away! Take the other Frame with the sticky side down & position it over the bottom Frame matching any two corners of both Frames carefully aligning the top frame over the bottom Frame.

LIGHTLY press the mesh onto your layout to bond your embellishments to the top mesh. Carefully lift the top Frame off & flip over.  Glue the backs of the items with an adhesive of your choice. If using a liquid glue (example: on the backs of small die cut letters, etc.), wait to lift the frame until glue has started to set. This takes just a few minutes at the most.  Postition the Frame back over your page while once again matching two corners.

Press to adhere the items to your background paper. Repeat steps 4 through 9 if your layout consists of more than on layer.  Lift up the top Frame & you have captured your exact layout instantly. Remove your completed page from The Freeze Frame & your project is finished!!!
